Gateway Land & Development’s Real Estate Buyer’s Guide is published bi-annually for the winter and summer selling seasons.  This four color glossy magazine highlights properties for sale in and around the Vail Valley and is distributed throughout the Valley, in the Front Range, and to targeted clients.

Multiple Listing Services (MLS)


The MLS promotes your property directly to the real estate brokerage community and is one of our most visible and valuable resources. Your property will be entered into this database as soon as a signed listing contract is received. The MLS is often the first place a realtor will search to find a home for their client. Vail Board of Realtors members will have immediate access to your property information, photos, and amenities 24 hours a day.
