WOW!   12/5/6/5  This morning shows 12 new SOLD properties, 5 UNDER CONTRACT, 6 PRICE REDUCTIONS & 5 NEW LISTINGS.  In recent days the market continues to move along with plenty of properties available whether it be for land, a permanent primary residence, second home or time share for summer/winter fun.

Eagle County's sales totaled $86,162,658 with Lionshead accounting for $16,770,000. 3 of the 4 sales in Lionshead in January 2011 were at the Ritz Carlton Residences. The other one sale was a 1080 sq ft condo at Montaneros with 2 bedroom and 2 baths.

Here are the details on the 3 Ritz Carlton Residences sold in Lionshead in January 2011:

$2,025,000 for a 1,534 sq ft 2 bedroom, 3 bath residence

$4,400,000 for a 2,786 sq ft 4 bedroom 5 bath residence

$9,195,000 for a 4,249 sq ft 6 bedroom, 6 bath residence
