As I write this blog, I’m still trying to access the webiste that will grant me tickets to the World Series!!? Yes, for the first time in history, the Colorado Rockies are playing for the World Series title.?

Folks in the Vail Valley?are on hopping on the bandwagon as fast as they can.? Not to take anything away from the true fans, but?there was?little talk?about the Rockies until recently (21 out of 22 is hard to ignore!!)? Everyone is now calling anyone they know that might have tickets.? It is going to be something special, win or lose!

Colorado is home to many Red Sox fans, so expect?to see quite a bit of red and blue in-and-amongst a sea of purple at Coors Field.? Be sure to wear your colors and support your team (or team of the moment) if you’re lucky enough to be there.

Bachelor Gulch continues to be one of the most sought after ski communities in Colorado and North America, even by Vail Valley standards.? Bachelor Gulch, located between?the ski resorts of Beaver Creek and Arrowhead, is anchored by the Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, and a select number of private residences.? One of Edwards, CO’s?quietest and lowest density neighborhoods is about to be home to 11 new single family homes.? Sandy Treat, of Summit Habitats and Treat Development, LLC, is currently in the construction phase.?

Located within the South Forty Subdivision, directly south of Riverwalk above Hwy 6, and surrounded by Homestead, this neighborhood now has a paved road and updated utilities to accommodate the additional traffic and to meet county codes.? The location was once intended for the doomed Loftworks Project, and had the previous name of The Bluffs.

The model listed in the MLS claims 4215 square feet for $1,995,000.? That is setting the bar high, in my opinion, for homes that will likely have small yards and dues of $523/month.? The developer has a great reputation, and perhaps these homes will stand out from the others on the market to justify their higher price.? I remain very curious to see how this project progresses.
