Here is a GREAT BUY in the Homestead neighborhood of Edwards, Colorado!

79 Cassidy Place

79 Cassidy Place

79 Cassidy Place just reduced its price to $525,000!!? With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on 3 levels with approximately 3226 square feet, that’s a lot of bang for the buck.? Built in 1995 and sitting on 0.28 acres, 79 Cassidy Place is a?wonderful single family home for local families as well as for out of towners.

It sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with a neighborhood park at the end of the street, and is a very short walk to the future open space that Eagle County is acquiring.? The home most recently sold for $870,000 in 2007 and this will likely be a short sale.

Now is the time to act quickly as this home will not last long at this low price!
