A single sale of $7.5 million on Forest Road, Vail real estate's most prestigious residential neighborhood, pushed Lionshead Vail's real estate sales up to 10% of Eagle County's total dollar volume for the month of October.  Forest Road is the only street in Lionshead with single family homes and, outside of condos at the Lion Square Lodge, the only location in all of Lionshead with ski-in ski-out residences.

The Forest Road home that sold for $7.5M is a 5,864 sq ft 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath single family that sold for cash at approximately $1.5M off the list price.  There are deals to be found in Vail after all!

Behold the power of the power of Beaver Creek's Chocolate Chip Cookie Competition.. Oh and Beaver Creek Opening Day.

Today, at 2pm, skiers, strollers and shoppers alike will have the opportunity to sample 5 different chocolate chip cookies cooked by local bakers; the top cookies from 106 original entries. Manor Vail is perhaps the most optimally located luxury property in Vail Village. Backing up to Gore Creek with views to the Gore Range and sitting just across the street from Golden Peak and world class skiing, it doesn't get any better than this.

There are currently 16 condominiums available for purchase at Manor Vail.
Within Manor Vail, studio units and 1 bedrooms have the same floorplans, as do 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units respectively. ( strategically placed walls determine the number of bedrooms!)
