Real estate sales in the world class ski resort of Beaver Creek, Colorado increase in 2012 over the same time period from 2011. From January 1, thru May 28, 2012, Beaver Creek saw 33 transactions close with an average price per square foot at $705.42. Compare that with the same time period of 2011 where there were only 29 real estate sales with an average price per square foot of $658.52 and you see a slight increase in real estate value and number of sales. Currently, there are 112 units on the market in Beaver Creek with a price range from as low as $395,000 to $1,095,000. Most of the current properties have also reduced their price over the last few months.
