As 2011 draws to an end, we open the New Year with an abundance of choices in condos for sale in Vail and the Lionshead area. Currently in those areas there are almost three dozen (35) homes for sale priced between one and two million dollars. To be close to the ski slopes where there is virtually ski in/ ski out living, buyers are looking at paying anywhere from one thousand dollars per square foot up to eighteen hundred dollars a square foot..
