Cordillera Valley Club (CVC):? Located just above the valley floor in Edwards, CVC is set to capture the huge views of the Sawatch Mountain Range, including?local favorite NY Mountain.? The Tom Fazio designed golf course represents a fair but challlenging course and is many members’ first choice.? The homes here are situated to take in the BIG views and to provide comfort and convenience.

The Summit:? The furthest and most secluded of the neighborhoods, The Summit offers 360 degree views from one of the highest communities in the valley (9200 feet).? The is a nice?variety of homes up here, from sprawling ranches to?gorgeous log? getaways.? The Summit Course is a true golfing?challenge, especially when the winds are blowing, and the long views provide a stunning backdrop to the Jack Nicklaus designed course.? Caddies can be reserved, and are suggested, to help target some of the blind shots and to further enjoy your round.
