Beaver Creek is all set to host the Birds of Prey World Cup races here in the Vail Valley!!? Practice and training runs have already begun, with the official races starting Friday 12/3/10 through Sunday 12/5/10.?
Currently the races are scheudled as follows:
Friday😕 11 am? Men’s Downhill Race
Saturday😕 11 am Men’s Super G Race
Sunday😕 9:45 am Men’s GS Race:? Run 1
????????????????? 12:45 pm? Men’s GS Race:? Run 2
Lots of fun activities and events are scheduled around the races, both on the mountain and in town so be sure to attend.? Great music w/ food and drink specials will be going on at Red Tail Deck Friday & Saturday 10 am to 4 pm and on Sunday 9 am to 2:30 pm.? The races are of course FREE and open to the public!? If you’ve never checked out a World Cup ski event,? come by as they are not to be missed!

Vail Mountain has received 100 inches of snow this year,?7 weeks earlier than last year!? Vail will have 4308 acres of skiable terrain open this weekend with 17 lifts open.?
