April was not only one of the warmest April’s in recent memory, it was also the hottest month of 2012 for sales in Singletree with four homes closing. Not bad for Singltree, which only saw four sales in the first three months of the year. The Sonnenalp Golf Course is open and so is the Singltree market with 30 homes for sale.
