Vail Valley’s Fall Foliage is almost peaking!
With beautiful golden hues in dense Aspen filled meadows, trekking up Booth Falls Trail you are in a sea of lush Fall colors and smells!
Along this hike be sure to stop and take a gaze behind you – for some of the best views are those behind you.
Booth Falls Trail head is located just off I-70 and although categorized as a strenuous hike, take your time and pace your hike so you can gaze at the endless Aspens maybe take a seat and enjoy a packed picnic?! There is no need to rush this experience.
Atop you’ll reach a refreshing waterfall which I welcome you to kick off your hiking boots and cool off as I do! If you’re up for it, hike another couple miles to Booth Lake where the deep blue water next to the rich gold aspens sure makes for quite the site!
Not only do you gain a greater sense of the beauty this incredible Valley has to offer you also gain elevation – stay hydrated hikers!
Happy Fall hiking!
