Five Vail Valley restaurants have earned spots on the 2024 Michelin-recommended list, highlighting the region’s culinary diversity. These include Sweet Basil, known for its modern American cuisine; Osaki’s, celebrated for sushi and Japanese dishes; Mirabelle and Splendido at the Chateau, offering European-inspired fine dining in Beaver Creek; and Wyld, praised for its farm-to-table approach in Avon. Exciting additions are on the horizon, including the opening of Casa D’Angelo in Vail, a Michelin-recommended Italian restaurant, and Tavernetta Vail, set to debut this winter, expanding the local fine dining scene.
