Wooohoooo, it’s that time of year again!? Vail’s opening day will be November 19, 2010! The snow has already been falling and starting to accumulate on Vail Mountain.? And there’s more in the forecast for this weekend.? That’s right; we may see a snowy Halloween!!

Locals are getting very excited, digging out their ski and snowboard gear, and watching the weather report with keen interest. Beaver Creek has also announced its opening day as November 24, 2010! Thanksgiving in the mountains will be that much more fun as you will be able to ski either Vail or Beaver Creek once again.? And be sure to go to Beaver Creek on the 24th for its Chocolate Chip Cookie Competition!
